During this time of year, think before you speak. This has been a very difficult year for many of us and one little angel had the power to bring together many people in an effort to help find her and in the end many strangers have also become friends. Think before you speak, I have read over 30,000 requests to weed out those that are not appropriate; I can agree to disagree with the circumstances of the case, but keep your message short and directed to Caylee and then everyone in the end will be here for the same reason.

I want to remind everyone this is Caylee's site first and foremost. Her
mother Casey, her grandparents George and Cindy, and he Uncle Lee are her family in which she loved unconditionally and despite what many in the public have concluded to be that of the case, remember in this country as we begin change on
January 20th with a new President of The United States, "we're all innocent
until proven guilty" and any photos and history of our little angel Caylee Marie
will continue to reflect this, and this includes one hundred percent those items
of her family members.

I wish all of you happy holidays and ask you to please think before you speak or we will need to reject all requests. We are here because of Caylee, keep this in mind when sending a message and in the end Caylee will continue to smile down on all of us!!

"A Baby Changes Everything" by Faith Hill see video below. The song is from Faith's 'Joy to the World' Christmas CD. Although a Christmas song referring to Jesus' birth, some of the lyrics are quite fitting.

With that said, I feel a tinge of guilt even comparing the two. It is a beautiful song, I have the CD and and the song became one of my favorites from the first time I listened. No matter my opinions on the Anthony's, Cindy and George, I do feel for them at this time of year. To have a child ripped from your life at any moment has to be excruciating, but at Christmas, when children are so full of wonder and amazement, it has to be emotionally hard on them. They not only lost a granddaughter, their own daughter, Casey, spent her Christmas in jail, without visit. Through Casey's actions, she placed herself in this position, innocent or guilty, she is incarcerated at Christmas. We know for sure she did commit the economic crimes, for which she is also charged, and we can say that she is "guilty" of those crimes. Evidence proves it.
Nonetheless, George and Cindy have to be enduring a painful, empty, lonely holiday full of anxiousness on what awaits in the new year. I can in my heart of hearts, at this moment, feel some emotion for what they are having to endure at this time. That is not to say I stand behind them or Casey. I, too, am awaiting further evidence to be released to hopefully provide more connection of Casey to this horrific crime.

In response to Michelle Bart's statement:

Is Michelle indicating that somehow President Obama will help Casey? Does she not realize that we all have the right to be "innocent until proven guilty", and have had that right for hundreds of years? Does Michelle think that right just began, or it is beginning when Obama takes office?

I'm a little confused on her thinking here. Much like I have always been anytime she opens her mouth.

How do the photos of Caylee reflect that Casey is innocent? Is she referring to the photos and items taken from the Anthony home in the last search warrant? All I can do is shake my head. I would ask Michelle myself, but she states that she "only reads comments of a positive nature". (i.e. only those that pity the Anthony's and believe Casey is innocent) .......

Must be the Kool-Aid....my two cents

On Saturday, crime scene investigators cleared the scene where Caylee's remains were found.

The police convoys left and officers posted "No Trespassing" signs in the area to keep onlookers out.

Nieves said the scene is no longer an active crime scene, but trespassing will not be allowed.

The scene, which was previously a heavily wooded area, had been completely cleared where the CSI detectives worked for nine straight days.

The OCSO also said the attorneys for the defense had been called to come check out the crime scene at about 11:30 a.m. Saturday, but they declined. The reason for their decline remains unknown.

Investigators also went to the Anthony home to tell the family members that they could take a look at the scene Saturday morning.

A search warrant was executed at the Anthony home at about 3:30 p.m. George and Cindy Anthony remained inside the home at the time of the search. The purpose of the search warrant was not disclosed.

Meanwhile, Casey's attorney is seeking a change of venue, citing that his client will not be able to receive a fair trial in Orlando. He arrived at the home of Casey's parents Friday evening, but the details of his visit were unknown.

Baez also expressed his anger over not being able to be the first person to tell Casey about her daughter's remains.

"It's just not a professional way of doing things, and I'm extremely disappointed in the manner this was carried out," Baez said. "Like I said though, their lack of professionalism has become predictable and we were able to stay one step ahead of them and have someone here who knows Casey and could be the there to console her in a situation."
A jail representative fired back Friday night, saying Baez knew the chaplain would be the one to give Casey the news.

"We've given her no special treatment beyond what is required from the security and treatment standpoint," said jail representative Allen Moore. "
"And for Mr. Baez to say we are unprofessional, I find very offensive."

According to Orange County Jail's public information officer, the media has indicated that Casey was notified of her daughter's remains while in her jail cell.

Moore said that's not the way it happened.

He said Casey was in an attorney interview room in the Female Detention Center when the notification was made by a jail chaplain. She had been moved to the attorney interview room earlier and had been meeting with attorney Jose Garcia at the time of notification, which was about 1:45 p.m.

One additional attorney visit with Casey occurred Friday night.

According to Moore, Gabriel E. Adam, of the Baez Law Firm, was at the jail from about 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Moore said he did not anticipate additional updates over the weekend. The next update would be on Monday mid-morning, he said, unless there is a significant development -- such as additional attorney visits.

Moore also said that if Casey wanted to go to her daughter's funeral, she'll need to get a judge to sign off on it.

Friday night, people drove by the Anthony family home and some placed stuff animals in a makeshift memorial.

Support and grief from the family came from all angles.

Michelle Bart, the owner of Helping Heroes Productions, released a statement on Friday regarding the child's remains belonging to Caylee.
Bart works with the Kid Finders Network, a group who helped the Anthony's in the search for their granddaughter.

Bart's statement is as follows:

"Today's announcement that our little angel went home has been heartbreaking to say the least. Caylee Marie's soul and beauty have captured many hearts throughout the world, including mine. I came to offer some media support and I'm leaving with a new understanding of how devastating it is on these families whose loved ones go missing. I had just moved from Los Angeles to Washington when I started tuning into Nancy Grace, I have the show to thank for bringing this little girl and her family into my life. Despite the circumstances leading to her disappearance, my role was to provide support in keeping her name and picture visible so we could bring her home; I never knew this angel would spark my spirit in such a way that ultimately would impact my life forever. Today is dark, but the tools this case has given me will light a way to brighter tomorrows for all families who never give up hope no matter the obstacles they face each day while searching for their angels."

The news of the confirmation that the remains belonged to Caylee made national news on Friday.

MSNBC, CNN, Fox and the Associated Press all gave the story prominent placement.

It was also a big story on People Magazine's Web site Friday night, and it was front and center on the National Enquirer.



I pray the Judge who rules on Casey's ability to attend the funeral of our Angel, Caylee Marie, will not allow her access to anywhere near a visitation, funeral service, nor wake. In my opinion, as well as many others I have spoken to, Casey drove around with Caylee's lifeless body in the trunk of Casey's car for days. At times, partying, dancing, and sleeping with men, all the while this was going on. Then, Casey dumped Caylee's body like a bag of trash. Casey does not deserve to see the light of day ever again, much less attend little Caylee's funeral. -- my two cents

Anthony's Former Incompetent Spokesperson Michelle Bart on Dr. Phil---Was She High?

On today's episode of Dr. Phil, titled "Dr. Phil: Behind The Headlines, Caylee Anthony", a host of experts and lawyers such as Lisa Bloom, Mickey Sherman, Lawrence Kobilinsky, and others, gathered to discuss the developments in the case.

I will post a transcript of the show later. I just found this statement made by Michelle Bart, Anthony's former spokesperson, very odd and more than inappropriate. Seems like she took a big long guzzle of the Casey Kool-aid before stepping down as spokesperson. However, Bart claims she is still right there with the Anthony's and will continue to be by their side.

At the conclusion of the show, Dr. Phil said his thank yous to the guests and said to Michelle, "Michelle, there is something you wanted to add, you have five seconds."
When Michelle Bart had her opportunity for final words she stated:

"I just wanted to keep in mind that Adam Walsh came home this week after 27
years and like John (Walsh) said, 'Keep hope alive and we will be able to bring
them all home'."

She is referring to the Adam Walsh case, which was officially closed on Tuesday, December 16, 2008. Adam Walsh was 6 years old when he was kidnapped from a shopping mall. His decapitated head was found two weeks later. His body was never found. Adam's father, John Walsh later went on to create the television show "America's Most Wanted" and also contribute to major missing children's cases.

After almost three decades of police investigation, this week, Hollywood, Florida, police named Ottis Toole, a deceased inmate and former drifter, the prime suspect in Adam's disappearance and murder. If Ottis had not died in prison in 1997, he would face charges today.

Michelle, what are you drinking over at the Anthony's? More so, what were you thinking making that statement? Are you HIGH?

They brought Adam Walsh home? REALLY?

All that was found of little Adam Walsh was his decapitated head.

How indecent of you to speak of something you clearly know nothing about. Much like all the statements you have made regarding Caylee. I was so appalled when I heard these words come out of your mouth.
I should not be surprised however, coming from someone as unrefined as you.
I remember this case clearly. I feel deeply for the Walsh's. I am content, as I know they are, that this monster was finally named, but not soon enough. His death in 1997 failed him from ever being prosecuted. However, Toole did know he was an implied suspect.
I will quote John Walsh from his speech at the press conference:

"The criminal justice system is sometimes the criminal in the justice
system. Sometimes it doesn't work, sometimes it does. Most of the time it
does. Just do not give up hope. Do not give up hope."
"Wherever Toole is, he is being held accountable for his
actions and he is getting what he deserves,
somewhere."

Hopefully, we will be able to say the same regarding Casey Anthony soon.

Second Anthony Spokesperson to Step Down

The spokesperson for George and Cindy Anthony, the grandparents of missing Orlando toddler Caylee Marie, is stepping down.

Michelle Bart is the second spokesperson to represent the Anthony Family in as many months. She has become a familiar face as the mouthpiece for George and Cindy when they are unavailable.

"I am stepping aside, but I am not going away. I will continue to be here until the end," said Bart in a news conference late Sunday evening.

Bart said she was stepping aside for health reasons. She is preparing to undergo surgery at the end of the month in Washington State.

Bart was preceded by Larry Garrison, who resigned as the Anthony's spokesperson on November 12, for what he called erratic behavior by the Anthony family .

"It is my opinion that others have manipulated them into situations, that would not dignify the family. I can no longer be part of that behavior. I wish them all the peace and resolution they so deserve. The truth always comes out in the end, and in this case "The truth is better than the spin," wrote Garrison in a statement released to the media.

Mark NeJame, then attorney representing George and Cindy, said Garrison demanded money for interviews with the Anthonys, before pocketing the cash for himself.

An invoice released by NBC News shows a $6,500 fee which Garrison charged that news organization, saying it was for the use of family photographs.

Anthony Family "Suspicious"....Is It Really Caylee?

We have had to our advantage, however unfortunate the circumstances be, a "silent" Cindy Anthony. Not a word since that "MEdia" interview fiasco on Larry King: Live, Wednesday night.

Hang on, the ride is about to begin, again.

Michelle Bart, the Anthony family's "spokesperson" you may recall, slipped into the title after Larry Garrison was fired for "profiting off of Caylee". Michelle has been speaking on behalf of Cindy and family this weekend, and if what she has to say is any indication, the flaming, accusations, and stone throwing is about to begin.

Michelle Bart, spokeswoman for Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, said the family is suspicious of the circumstances leading to the findings.

"It's been searched dry, it's been searched wet, it's been searched in between. It's been searched over by Tim Miller [of Texas EquuSearch] twice, who we hold in high regards with his professional organization," Bart told News 13.

The FBI is looking at DNA from the remains, but the Orange County medical examiner said it could be a week before conclusive results are released.

Sheriff Kevin Beary told the defense team for Casey Anthony, the missing girl's mother who has been charged with her murder, the size of the bones and hair color of the remains match Caylee.

Lawyer Visits Crime Scene

Jose Baez, attorney for Casey Anthony, the mother of the missing girl charged with her murder, made surprise visits Saturday to the Anthony home and to the crime scene.

Baez and his team of experts, including forensics expert Dr. Henry Lee and Casey Anthony's brother, Lee Anthony, stopped at the home before spending several hours at the area where the remains were found.

Baez said he wants to have access and be allowed to receive information that will help bring out the truth in the case.

The last week's recent developments have taken a toll on Casey Anthony, Baez said.

"She's not doing well at all," Baez said. "She wants to know what's going on, and of course, it's not something she can do right now."

"I can't imagine a more difficult situation for a mother to be in than the position she's in right now," Baez added. "My heart goes out to whomever is the parent of this child."

Baez, along with his representative and other members of the defense team, said at this point, they still believe Caylee is still alive.


Items Removed From Anthony Home

Baez said he has a list of what Orange County deputies removed from the Anthony home Friday, when it was declared a crime scene, but Casey Anthony's lawyer said he wanted his own experts to take a look around the home.

"We're looking for everything. We're looking for the truth," Baez said.

Henry Lee told News 13 he was not surprised that a lot of items were missing from the home.

"Usually, they collect everything, basically try to find something linked to the plastic bag, to the masking tape," Lee said.

After the judge in the case denied the defense access to the discovered remains, Baez expressed frustration about what he perceives as a lack of cooperation between the team and authorities.

"We're trying whatever we can," Baez said. "I want to provide the best defense for Casey Anthony. It starts with full disclosure, and it's not after something has been not the way it was, and that's the main issue."

When asked if he believed these remains are Caylee's, Baez replied, "We're certainly preparing as if it is. We're not going to ignore whatever it is law enforcement is doing in this case."

Baez said once the scene where the remains were found is cleared, his experts will conduct their own investigation.
