Kronk's 911 call was one of three in reference to what Kronk was reporting something "suspicious" he had found in the "Caylee area". That deputy has been identified as Richard Cain. A source says the disciplinary action is expected due to concerns regarding Cain's truthfulness answering to their questions.
Kronk claims the deputy was rude to him when he responded to the call. According to records, the deputy was on assist for 40 minutes. Afterwards, in the deputy's report, he stated his final findings appeared to be "trash", and "nothing of importance".
A sheriff's spokesman, however, only would confirm that the internal investigation is ongoing.
