Sex offenders and/or predators in Cummings neighborhood

The closest sex offenders to the Cummings home are Kyle Johns and Donald Sapp, who are related to the mother AND father of Haleigh in some way I haven't figured out yet.

Now--Is Kyle Johns related by blood?
I've read on Webslueths that Donald Sapp may be related also, but I can't find evidence so far of either one.

Teresa Griffis, Ron's mother, has maiden name of Teresa L Johns and was married to Jack L Cummings before she married this Griffis guy.

Nancy Marie Neves, Crystal's mother, has maiden name of Nancy Marie Johns and was married to Johnny Sheffield before she married this Neves guy.

If Ron's mother and Crystal Sheffield's mother are sisters, Ron and Crystal would be 1st cousins. Maybe that is why little Haleigh is missing an X chromosome.
