Anthony Rusciano and Kiomarie Cruz Do They Know More?

Late night (early morning) theorizing here.... chemo induced insomnia will do that to you.

Still thinking about the utility worker that called 3 times in August, (8/11 to be exact, 4 months exactly before the remains were found) regarding the bag he saw in the wooded area.
First call, he called tip line and the information was recorded.
Second call, someone took the information and recorded it.
Finally, on the third call, a male deputy met the worker at the site A female deputy responded also and the first deputy waved her off to continue to speak with the utility worker.

Nothing was ever found. After going through their reports, deputies concluded that cadaver dogs had "cleared" the area. For some reason, unknown to us at this time, there were no more searches of the area until Tim Miller came to Orlando.

Here's where I am going. Remember Anthony Rusciano, the deputy that was fired in late August for untruthfulness regarding his relationship with Casey?

Just what if Rusciano was the deputy that responded to the call that met with the worker. I believe there is more to Kiomarie's statement as well. How did she pinpoint the exact location that Casey would bury Caylee? Is she psychic?

Casey kept saying in jail that Caylee "is close", she is "not far", she's okay, she's fine. I know she is close. If my children were missing I would HOPE they are fine, but I would not have the nonchalant attitude that Casey had in the jail visits with Lee and Cindy and George. How did she know Caylee was fine, close and not far? Because she knew where she was all the time.

Are Rusciano and Kiomarie Cruz co-conspirators in this case? Are they aiding Casey on the outside?

Why didn't the worker tell the 911 operator in the December 11, call that he had called in before? Did it slip his mind? Wouldn't you say 'Hey, I called back in August, but nothing was found or nothing was done.' I would. But who is to say he didn't say that? We only get what parts of the call LE releases to us. He DID mention Caylee Anthony. As Cindy would say "red flag".

Has anyone asked the worker if that area was underwater in August? Hell, the deputy that responded to the call should know if the area was underwater. So many questions.
