An irritated Jose Baez help a brief press conference after the remains that were found a week ago were identified to be those of Caylee Anthony.
Baez wanted to be the one to inform his client, Casey Anthony, 22,and Caylee's mother. Instead, according to protocol, a jail chaplain informed Casey of the news then Baez was allowed to speak with her briefly.
Baez claims he had asked to be allowed to inform Casey himself.
Orange County Jail Officials will not comment on Casey's behavior or reaction to the news.
