There should be a blue banner at the top of the page with "Watch Live". If not, it will be clearly posted.
It has occurred, however, that the hearings were not carried via live stream, even when stated it would be. This could have been due to media error, server error, etc. If the streaming changes and the news channel knows ahead of time, they will update post to reflect. If I hear of any changes, I will post as well.
I recommend going to the site about 5 minutes before hearing begins.
