Brad Conway, Anthony's attorney, met briefly Wednesday morning to further discuss the outcome of the hearing held today, scheduled by Jose Baez regarding the photographs of little Caylee Anthony's remains, and how the State has not given his team access to them.
As reported previously, the State wants special restrictions placed on the photos, x-ray, reports and other media released to the defense pertaining to the autopsy of Caylee's remains. The State is concerned that the defense will leak the photos or information regarding the remains once in the defense's possesion.
Brad Conway said his main concern is that Caylee needs to have her moment. She needs to be memorialized and grieved by her family and those that love her. It is beyond time for her funeral and proper burial.

Conway stated these things are all being delayed by "legalities" on both sides of the case, the prosecution and defense. Conway said he is understanding, but his concern is for Caylee and that she needs the respect to have burial in a timely fashion.
The photographs and other media are not only causing a delay by hearings, upon Judge Strickland's ruling on the photographs, the defense has requested a second autopsy to be performed on the Caylee's remains. This will delay funeral arrangements even more.
