Hilton is charged in the slaying of Cheryl Dunlap, a Crawfordville resident and Florida State University nurse.
Dunlap's body was found in December 2007 in the Apalachicola National Forest.
Hilton, a drifter and suspected serial killer, was later arrested on charges of kidnapping and first-degree murder in Dunlap's death.
He has already been convicted in the murder of Georgia hiker Meredith Emerson.

A case-management conference has been set for 10 a.m. today in Leon Circuit Court for Gary Michael Hilton, who is charged in the killing of Cheryl Dunlap.
