With Ronald Cummings out of work, he has plenty of time on his hands. He is out cruising the 'hoods. Harassing his ex-lovers, and all the while, his new "teen bride" is riding shotgun.
Is Ronald searching for Haleigh, trying to obtain custody of another child of his, ---how many children does this guy really have?-- or, is he just too busy partying it up with teen wife Misty and her circle of twenty something, and younger, party girls?
With a prior record of drugs, abuse, and weapons charges, Ronald may now be facing a custody battle over his son, "Junior" with his ex and Junior's mother, Crystal Sheffield.
The caller of the 911 call is Mary Brooks, the great-grandmother of "Jordan", Ronald's one year old son with Ms. Brooks' granddaughter, Amber, who happens to run in the same party circle as teen bride Misty Croslin Cummings, Ronald's wife.
In interviews, Ronald claims to have only two children, Haleigh and "Junior". Mary Brooks claims to have birth certificates that show Cummings as the father of Jordan, her great grandson.
Like Haleigh, Jordan also has a birth defect. Jordan was born with a genetic disorder called Microcephaly, where the head is smaller than normal from abnormal brain growth. It’s associated with Down’s syndrome, according to medical texts, and can be caused by a variety of factors, including, if during pregnancy the mother abused drugs or alcohol, was exposed to toxic chemicals or other diseases.

If Florida CPS is not involved after all of this, I do not know what would get them involved. Kudos to Art Harris and "Cobra" for all their hard work and for going above and beyond to get answers in the disappearance of Haleigh. Hopefully and prayerfully, it will be soon that this beautiful little girl will be found and those responsible will pay for their actions.
