Above is the picture of Caylee that Cindy was referring to in a voice mail to law enforcement. Cindy claims in the voice mail that she believes that it is "Zanny's apartment".
In the taped interviews of Cindy early in the case, this picture is discussed and Cindy states that Casey told her originally this picture was taken at "Zanny's apartment". However, after Casey's initial arrest, when friends of Casey would visit Cindy and George, one of the friends, and I believe it was Amy, verified that the picture was actually taken at Ricardo Morales' apartment.
Also, during a jail visit three days after the voice mail message, Casey herself said that photo was actually taken at an ex-boyfriend's apartment.
The phone message seems to contradict public statements the Anthony's made during a nationally-televised interview on Wednesday, saying they did not believe Casey would hurt her daughter.
Cindy was initially intrigued by the photo because of the "drum set" in the background because Caylee had become quite fond of playing the drums and spoke of it often, according to Cindy. Cindy also stated in early interviews that she and George were contemplating buying Caylee a drum set for her third birthday.
