ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Lawyers representing a woman who has brought a civil defamation lawsuit against Casey Anthony filed a motion to compel on Friday.
In the motion, the lawyers are asking a judge to press Casey’s mother, Cindy Anthony, to answer additional questions as a follow up to a deposition conducted earlier this month.
They are primarily interested in learning weather or not Casey ever used Cindy’s credit cards without her permission, a question Cindy refused to answer during an interview on April 9.
A judge will hear the issue on May 21.
Like we didn't see this coming.
